BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Prior to your appointment, you will receive one or two medical questionnaires; please complete these before attending.
ATTENDING THE CLINIC:
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking an appointment.
Consultations are charged at £30.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations outside business hours and are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be held as a credit on your client file/clinic account. While deposits are generally non-refundable, we appreciate that circumstances may arise, and in such cases, the deposit may be refunded, with a £15 administration fee applied.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
The above deposit policy will apply if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due to lateness.
Late arrivals will still be charged the full treatment cost.
CHILDREN IN THE CLINIC:
We regret that we cannot allow children in the clinic at any time due to health and safety reasons.
